What are the procedures for renting my home?
If you will be renting your home there are three things that must be done:
  • A $500 deposit from the homeownermust be made payable to The Shores.
  • A copy of the lease must be turned in to the office.
  • Once the lease has been signed, the renter must make an appointment with Corri to have a new resident orientation.

What do I have to do to have an Open House?
First and foremost, you must inform Corri that you plan to have an Open House. You must supply the date and time. Corri will then inform the guardhouse. You must make sure that the guardhouse has your realtors' cell phone number for a point of contact. No signs are permitted on Shores' property. How do I update my Permanent Guest List?
If you need to update your list-either adding permanent guests or deleting permanent guests, you can follow this link and click on forms. You will then see "Forms" on the left side. That will take you to a page that will contain "Permanent List Updates." Return the form to the office to make corrections to your list.
